The 52 Week SEO Video Tutorial Project Helping Business to Help Themselves Hi Quentin Brown Here From Australia but living in Thailand

In an aim to raise money for our various charity projects here in Thailand and Cambodia we are looking for some partners to help us create a unique product.

This is a business proposal not a call for help.

The Project

Would you be willing to help us by making a 5 minute generic video that will help in this project. Here are some ideas that we think would be good. Obviously if you have your own idea that could work too. Just remember these are for novices in a workplace. Obviously they will be used in other places but this is our target market.

Outline

5 Minute seo is a project we are developing that will help offline marketers initally create a sales funnell for their business. The concept is that we get 52 experts to create a 5 or 6 minute video on a specific topic to do with traffic generation or SEO.

Offline Marketers will purchase this package of videos and then set it up as a autoresponder delivering one video per week. These videos are intended to be watched by traditional offline businesses who can then implement what the video teaches. This will then create a warm contact for the offline marketer. For this reason they need to be generic and quite simple so they can be implemented by novices usally staff with downtime in these traditional businesses.

We would appreciate it if you could produce one of these 5 to 6 minute videos for us on one topic.

The Process

2. Create the Video and upload with preferable width of 800 pixels and in a mp4 or flv format.  If possible the avi file would be appreciated but not necessary. The avi file will not be sold or distributed in any way. If you would like to add some extra explanatory text or links please add that too. Ours ended up about 9 MB for 6min.

3. Email us the link and we will download and embed into the webpage for final distribution.

4. Keep an eye out for emails from me as we will keep you up to date with the progress. Once all videos have been compiled we will post you a copy on disk of all the videos.

About Me

I  have been selling software and coaching online for the past 11 years and managed to go full time in 2003.

I created programs like MP3 Sound Stream, MSI Prompt, HIFi Audio Stream, MSI Fetch, The IM Club and many others which have done quite well and supported my desire to help underprivileged young people in Thailand and Cambodia.

The work has grown and now we need to expand this training and support for other charity organization. We do not charge for this service as most of the young people and agencies have very little finances but do so much themselves to help others.

The Idea

The other day I was cleaning my computer and came across an old ebook that was a compilation of a number of top marketers who all wrote an article on the topic of Internet Marketing.

Later that day I visited a client I do web marketing for and he asked if there was  anything his staff could do in their down time to help with marketing his business online.

This gave me the idea of doing the same as that ebook but updating it to using video rather than articles.

The Concept

Gather together a group of experts and get each one to produce a 5 minute generic video on a specific SEO or traffic tactic.

The main target is Offline Marketers who can then provide these videos as an autoresponder series for their clients creating continuity. We already do this with articles however the video concept adds greater value.

Most people who would be watching these videos are novices so they need to be simple and low on Jargon.

How would they be used.

We envisage that these would be very popular with web designers, web marketers and in the offline business market to help generate leads, convert cold customers and add another income stream to their portfolio.

Basically they would sell the series for $27 to $30 a month providing the business owner with a number of things he can do for his business. He can then allocate these tasks to staff in their down time.

As it is a 52 week program this gives the offline marketer many opportunities to convert this customer on a number of different fronts. If it is to hard I can do it for you. Don’t have a website I can build you one etc.

Our Current Projects

For years now I have been able to do a lot of charity work helping various organizations with their computers and online projects. My business has paid for it all however the need is growing and we need to expand.

In our current projects we work with a Girls home in Cambodia rescuing Girls from trafficking, a training centre in Cambodia which runs a hairdressing and restaurant to train girls as they get older. An orphanage in Pattaya Thailand which not only fosters in danger children but also works in the slums and prisons. We also do work in Chang Mai helping with different orphanages etc.

Most of these are small agencies run by a group of amazing people who simply don’t have the resources of the larger organizations. Our aim is to help them on many different levels.

We have been doing this for the past 5 years and the money will help us do so much more. We get invited to do computer training, Internet Marketing and much more however we are running out of resources and want to train a group of young people to be able to take up the slack.

I have already trained a lot of them and now we want to be able to send them out to help others.

We want you because you are an expert in your field and rather than asking for a donation we thought this would be a lot better for your gift to keep on giving.

The Sales Process

Once all compiled we will be releasing the product in two formats.

The product will only have business rights. The videos can be distributed in membership sites, autoresponders etc but can not be resold as a product. No PLR MMR etc.

* The Package – selling all 52 videos and associated web pages in disk format.

Disk one will be training how edit and to upload. How to use in WordPress and how to use Amazon S3, how to set up a membership site and how to use an auto responder.

Disk Two will be all the files ready to edit and upload.

Price will be $970 making the videos less than $20 per video. You will get a 50% commission on all sales sent to us via the JV link or you can choose to forgo commission and give it to the cause. We are only offering this to contributors initially.

* The Membership Site

This will be a $97 a month for 12 months membership site making the videos just $22 each and they will be sent each video package over the 52 weeks allowing them to add to their autoresponder and pay the product off.

Again you will get a 50% commissions on all sales you refer if required or donate to our cause.
